L’Olivera is a holiday home fully renovated in 2015, located in Castell–Platja d’Aro on the Costa Brava. Set on the mountainside just outside the medieval village of Castell d’Aro, it is only 4 km from Platja d’Aro and 3.5 km from Sant Pol and S’Agaró beach.
The surroundings are extremely quiet, with very little noise and only three neighbouring houses that share the same peaceful atmosphere.
The property has independent access and a private, fully fenced 1,100 m² plot with exclusive use for the guests. The garden features Mediterranean vegetation, relaxing corners, play areas for children and a large swimming pool with artificial grass.
The house offers 253 m² spread over two floors.
Main floor (day area + main night area)
It includes a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living–dining room with seating for 10–12 people, a TV and fireplace area, and a cosy corner with board games, sofa and hammock.
The terrace, connected to both the kitchen and living room, comes with a barbecue and wonderful views of the Aro Valley.
